The Competition is an adult senior six weapon BFA registered Open and includes Mixed Foil, Womens Foil, Mixed Epee, Womens Epee, Mixed Sabre and Womens Sabre.

• SATURDAY: MF check-in closes 9:00am.
• SATURDAY: WF check-in closes 9:30am.
• SATURDAY: MS check-in closes 11:00am.
• SATURDAY: WS check-in closes 11:00am.
• SUNDAY: ME check-in closes 9:00am.
• SUNDAY: WE check-in closes 9:30am.
• Entries will all be validated - no need for proof unless notified.
• (TBC) Sports centre cafe will operate as last year
• Entry:
  Entry fee is £37.00 per weapon (or £45 for late entries strictly at the organiser's discretion).
  Entry is available online via Sport80 (https://bf.sport80.com/).
  Close of entries is 23:59 on 24th December 2025.
  There is a cap on entries to allow smooth running of the competitions.
  REFUND POLICY: 100% Refund for withdrawn entries before closing date, 50% for withdrawls until 1/1/26 and are not normally granted after this date.
  Any refunds will not include the Stripe charges, BF levy and any other fees made to us.
